AbideRooms is a live audio Bible study app for structured scripture, teaching, discussion, prayer, and chat. If something is not working, we want the path to help to be clear.

Email support@abiderooms.com. Include the email address on your account, your device type, what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if it helps explain the issue.

Common Support Topics

  • Signing in, signing out, or setting up a profile.
  • Joining live rooms or finding scheduled Bible studies.
  • Microphone permissions, audio connection, headphones, or echo.
  • Pinned scripture, room chat, and prayer requests.
  • Reporting abuse, blocking users, or community safety questions.
  • Account deletion and privacy questions.

Quick Troubleshooting

  • Make sure your device is on a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
  • Close and reopen the app if a live room appears stuck.
  • Check microphone permissions if you cannot speak in a live session.
  • Use headphones or AirPods to reduce audio echo during live audio.
  • Keep only one nearby device unmuted during local audio tests.

Platform Availability

AbideRooms is launching first on iPhone and iPad. Limited Android web access may remain available during early rollout and testing, but the primary public app release is Apple-first.

Account Requests

You can update your profile, sign out, or delete your account directly from the Profile screen in the app. If you cannot access the app, use the Account Deletion page or email support.
